DONATIONS
The Association Mitumba Onlus is essentially a group of young people who try to help those who most need it. Develop activities to raise awareness and collect donations from individuals and companies, which, among other things, may make use of tax below. Each coin, every seemingly insignificant euros to be donated will be used to better and the hope to build a future concretely to the inhabitants of Mitumba, especially smaller, as often happens, are the most helpless and the most disadvantaged. Some example of how we use every generous euro:
- 125 euros pays the salary of a teacher stable in the slum and that will take charge in their formative classes of 25-30 students
- 40 euros offers a meal of milk, rice, beans, vegetables and soup to 160 children of school
- 10 euros manages to finance the participation of 1 child to a camp vacation lasting 3 days, including lunches, dinners, games and entertainment, at the Ngong hills to be able to live joyful moments and without problems for children who normally lives in situations of degradation.
Tax Benefits MITUMBA
Onlus Organization is a non-profit association of social utility
therefore:
-The donations in cash or in kind provided by individuals and entities subject to corporation tax in favor of O.n.l.u.s. are deductible up to 10% of total income and not exceed 70000 euros / year (art.14, Decree Law No. 35/2004) -
Physical Persons may deduct from gross the 19% of donated for ONLUS up
to 2065.83 Euro (art.13 bis, paragraph 1 letter i-bis of D.P.R. 917 /
86); - Businesses can deduct for ONLUS for an amount not exceeding 2065.83 Euro or 2% corporate income declared (art.65, paragraph 2 letter c-sexies of D.P.R. 917/86 )
